Joshua E. Rasco is an experienced commercial litigator who has handled a wide range of complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts. His experience includes real estate litigation, probate and trust litigation, business disputes, mass tort and personal injury. As a partner at Dream Team Law, Mr. Rasco spearheads the firm’s personal injury litigation team, where he has recovered millions of dollars in settlements for his clients.
In the early stages of his journey in the legal profession, Mr. Rasco gained valuable experience at a boutique aviation and mass tort litigation firm in Miami. He was fortunate to have built the foundation of his legal career working on several high-profile cases, including the disappearance of Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370, an S.E.C. enforcement action arising from the Rothstein $1.2 billion Ponzi Scheme, and mass tort litigation against one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
In 2013, Mr. Rasco earned his JD degree from NSU’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where he made the Dean’s List in each of his three years of attendance. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University, where he studied communications. Mr. Rasco is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
